Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date it is best that you call us to place your order, and our customer representative will better assist you with all available shipping dates.

What happens if my order arrives and I am not happy with it?

At Rira Design, we offer 30 Day Hassle free returns. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original, manufactured condition, for a full refund or exchange. To request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), simply call us at +1 877-243-7472 and we will be happy to assist you.

How long has Rira Design been in business?

We are a family-owned business with over 35 years of trading experience in the fine rug and home decor markets. You can rest assured that with our connections overseas, and our direct buying/manufacturing ability, you'll receive a top quality product at a fraction of its retail price.

Do you charge restocking fee?

We do NOT charge restocking fees. We understand that not all rugs are meant to decorate all houses, and that it is already frustrating if your order does not work out for you; therefore, we do not want to penalize you with unnecessary restocking fees.

Will I pay for return shipping?

On all purchases over $499 we offer FREE returns, which we will either email you a return label, or simply have the order picked up from your address at your convenience. For all orders under $499, the customer will be responsible for shipping back. However, if you decide to exchange your order, we will email you our pre-paid return label so you can still benefit from our FREE exchange program.

When will my refund be processed?

We process all returns within 24 hours after receiving your returned package. We also process all refunds within 24 hours. However, we do ask you that you allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to post back to your credit-card.
